You’ll work on real world AI deployments, contributing directly to projects that shape how voice agents are used in healthcare. Expect exposure across Go To Market, Product, Engineering, Model, and Deployment Architecture, gaining hands-on experience and broad technical understanding.
The residency lasts three months, with the possibility of extension or conversion into a full time role based on performance.
Residents earn $55 per hour for the duration of the program.
Unlike most residencies or internships, the Deployment Engineering Residency treats participants as core contributors; you’ll work on production systems used by real healthcare partners. You’ll have direct mentorship from experts who’ve shipped enterprise grade AI and get exposure to the full lifecycle of AI deployment.
